Today was the day...well, the day of our 4 month appointment...the boys have been four months old for a few days now.
Here's the run down...
Henry: (baby b)
15 pounds 1 oz. = 55%
24 1/2 inches long = 35%
head circumference 43cm = 75%
*So Henry has a Brennan head and that is NOT a bad thing! He carries it well! :) I actually think his head reminds me of my brother Scott's. :) His hernia is WAY better and pretty much gone so that is good... his reflux is getting better a little bit at a time...progress is good there. We are back to the GI at the end of this month. Henry is very happy and that is what is most important.
Sullivan: (baby a)
15 pounds 7 oz. = 55%
24 1/2 inches long = 35%
head circumference 42 1/2 cm = 55%
* Sullivan had a great report...he is growing like a weed... the doctor wants us to do additional stretches with his neck...it appears that he favors one side over another and as a result has tight neck muscles on the right side (it's called Torticollis). He also has a flat spot on one side of his head...we're not sure if these two things are correlated but we will most likely see a specialist and a physical therapist for his neck - the doctor recommended we just check it out. We'll keep you posted. Sullivan was cooing and smiling at everyone in the office... he is a real ham!
Each babe got four shots a medication by mouth... they were brave but I think the shots hurt their little legs. We gave them Tylenol to take the edge off once we got home. They each got a bath and then they were off to bed...
Time for me to get everything ready for tomorrow...
